Got my copy via pre order and i'm glad i did aswell. Fights have broken out in the lines for the game and already 2 incidents have happened in which one person was stabbed and another had his nose broken

I got it. Amazing. Thats all. Serioursly at first it doesn't feel like that GTA because its so much improved but you get into the rythm of the game. The best game I have ever played.

You know how there has been some commotion on all the 10/10's it gets? (People have been acusing Rockstar for bribing these companies)

Well, buy the game and stfu... It is insane, I already had to clean my desk (take away my monitor) to make place for my PS3 with screen.

This game will most likely get the "Best of 2008" award on pretty much any gaming site.
Ok, it's obvious that I'm a faboi, but then again, play it first, then proove me wrong, and I KNOW you won't...

I meant to get the 360 version cos I'm hooked on achievements. Pre-ordered the PS3 version by mistake.

Ah well, the few gigs it installed on the HDD have got to be SOME help, right?

Boyfriend was at GameStop around 11 lastnight to pick up his copy he reserved. xD

I have no played it yet, but I picked it up at Futureshop earlier today.
I thought there would be not many of them, but there was probably 100s on displays just sitting there.
Maybe because it was lunchtime and nobody bothered to go shopping yet.
I might play it tonight. But I had San Andreas for over a year before even opening it. lol

Plenty of copies at Wal Mart today. Had me seriously considering buying a PS3 -- I'm a HUGE fan of the other GTA's. Looks like there's no way around the $400 tag for a PS3, the prices are pretty much set. Not sure about an X Box.

So far there's nothing concrete about the release of the PC version. It's taken up to 9 months for the PC version to follow up. I REALLY don't want to wait this long.

I wasn't feeling well, but my roommate was so he played the game. He said he really likes it. I saw that you can watch television channels and can even go bowling or on the internet in the game.
It looked like combat is better too. You can do different moves and pickup cans and throw them at people.
